CareWatch is a telephone based provider for visit verification and visit management. CareWatch collects time and attendance, billing information, plan of care and vitals. CareWatch also allows the capturing of mileage and travel time information. With the use of CareWatch's optional Routing module CareWatch can automatically calculate mileage and travel time without the caregiver having to enter in the information. CareWatch Routes:

CareWatch has developed a turnkey system to get the most accurate route mileage and driving time possible for home visits. The CareWatch routing solution geocodes all address points. These internal geocoded points are then used to calculate the routes. Information about these routes includes total mileage, estimated driving time and turn-by-turn directions. You can view a map to see any route or collection of routes for an employee on a given day.
CareWatch provides an end-to-end solution from point of care to almost any payroll and/or scheduling backend. When utilizing the routing features, individual visits include accurate mileage and travel time information. The system knows when to recalculate routes, and when it cannot do so with 100% confidence, can place the visit on hold to allow you to describe the route data accurately.
