System Overview:

Visit information is logged when the caregiver calls a toll-free number from the patient's home. Visit data collected through the telephone is updated on a PC at your agency. The primary design goals are ease of use and data accuracy. Neither administrative personnel nor home health workers need to memorize or refer to complex numeric codes to enter complete visit information.

Enhanced Documentation Compliance:

Agency specific Quality Assurance filters provide tools to more effectively manage visits and deliver appropriate outcomes
CareWatch is capable of episode tracking, monitoring ADL's and capturing detailed, patient specific progress notes.
Electronic fingerprinting tracks all edits made to visit and patient records in addition to capturing the person making the change and the date and time the change was made.
Patient careplans are pre-established enhancing OBQI documentation requirements.
Independent visit verification aids in protecting against fraudulent claims.
