Carewatch provides point of care visit tracking and data collection options for HHC 3000 users. Recently, Carewatch worked with Allegheny Software engineers to enhance scheduling and plan of care delivery. HHC 3000 agencies using Carewatch can monitor schedule compliance on a real time basis.
Schedulers using Carewatch can:
- Track employees
- View visit arrivals and departures as they occur
- Real time information is available to help prevent over serve situations and to help insure that caregivers arrive and depart on time with verification of their location.
- If a critical patient appointment is missed, agency administrators can be immediately notified within agency-specified time windows.
HHC 3000 now delivers Carewatch plan of care information that can be assigned by the day of the week. For example, a patient may be authorized to receive homemaking services that can only be performed two days per week. Other activities such as ambulation or meal preparation may be authorized daily. The enhanced plan of care notes feature will now prompt for the specific list of interventions scheduled on an appointment by appointment basis.
For HHC 3000 agencies with multiple offices, Carewatch can control access to specific offices when viewing screens or obtaining reports. The office view can be restricted to a single office or to multiple offices within the organization. This protects patient information and reduces clutter by only showing information relevant to a specific area of authority.
